Health and Hereditary Guarantee

Sheltie is guaranteed against infectious type diseases for  a period of (5) days from the date of purchase. Said Sheltie is also guaranteed against     threatening genetic defects for a period of (1) year from date of purchase. To the best of my knowledge this Sheltie is in good health at the time of sale and has had temporary inoculations against Canine Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, respiratory diseases caused by Canine Adenovirus Type 2, Canine Coronavirus, Canine Parainfluenze and Canine Parvovirus. The Buyer has a health guarantee until 5:00 PM of ________________, 20_______, in which to have the Sheltie checked by a licensed veterinarian. It is understood that there is not extended warranty beyond (5) five days if the Sheltie is not checked within the given time. If he/she finds life-threatening genetic defects or life threatening infectious illnesses, the buyer may exchange the Sheltie for one of equal value, providing a veterinary certificate if offered as evidence of the Sheltie’s condition and is concurred by a second veterinarian of seller’s choice. If condition is valid the purchase price will be applied towards another pet quality puppy/dog when one becomes available. The seller is not responsible for illness or loss due to the buyer’s treatment or lack of proper care. The seller assumes no responsibility for injury after the Sheltie leaves the seller’s premises. Seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer.
